Oasis on Arey’s Pond | Orleans

As part of a full-scale renovation, our team remodeled the kitchen of this classic Cape Cod home. With the goal of creating a relaxing getaway perfect for entertaining guests, our team constructed an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living and dining areas. A home addition provided enough added kitchen space to build a breakfast nook and a new pantry.

Coastal Farmhouse Revival | Dennis

Coastal Farmhouse Revival is a complete remodel of a circa 1825 farmhouse located in the historic Old Kings Highway District of Dennis. The homeowners wanted to restore the antique structure while converting it into a summer residence for their family. Whenever possible, materials from the 19th-century home were repurposed.

Historic Charm | Chatham

For the homeowners, preserving this modified half Cape built in the 1850s was as important as updating it for modern-day living. The kitchen received the most significant changes: the ceiling was raised and a small addition was built to make space for a wet bar and a casual breakfast area. Subtle nautical details, like the ceiling paneling that’s meant to look like the hull of a boat, are a nod to the home’s Chatham location, a town rich in maritime history.
