There’s a moment nearly every homeowner faces: standing in their bathroom, noticing the dated tile, the aging fixtures, the layout that never quite worked — and wondering if it’s finally time.
A bathroom remodel is one of the most popular and rewarding home improvement projects for good reason. Done well, it improves daily life, adds lasting value, and gives you a space that truly fits how you live. A remodel also opens up the walls — often revealing aging plumbing, inadequate ventilation, or water damage that’s been quietly accumulating for years. Addressing those issues proactively is almost always less costly than waiting for an emergency. And beyond the practical, a thoughtfully designed bathroom simply makes your home better: better to live in, better to sell, and better to come home to.
A few projects that show what’s possible…
The following projects are ones we’ve had the privilege of designing and building alongside our clients — each shaped by their vision and brought to life through close collaboration. Here’s a look at three that capture the range of what a bathroom remodel can become.
Timeless Remodel on Saquatucket Bluffs | Harwich Port
Part of a multi-phase renovation on a bluff overlooking Saquatucket Harbor, this primary bathroom was designed around a Cape Cod coastal aesthetic with a modern edge. Glazed Zellige tile in muted blue-gray plays against Calacatta white marble floors, while a custom quartersawn white oak double vanity adds warmth and character.
The standout feature is the layout itself: a glass-enclosed indoor shower opens through a seven-foot sliding glass door to a fully enclosed outdoor shower — a spa-like sequence that blurs the line between inside and out. A sculptural Kohler freestanding tub, a replaced skylight, and a vintage clipper ship painting sourced from a local antique shop complete a space that feels both refined and deeply rooted in its setting.
This project was recognized with a Gold BRICC Award from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod in 2025.

Classic Ranch | East Dennis
In this 1960s ranch renovation, a thoughtful reimagining of the primary suite transforms a once-cramped layout into a calm, expansive retreat. By extending the home’s footprint, the redesign makes room for a generous double vanity, an oversized walk-in shower, and a newly vaulted ceiling that lifts the adjoining bedroom with light and volume.
The material palette is quietly luxurious: polished nickel fixtures catch the light without overpowering, while Rhino White quartzite countertops and Pearl White honed marble floors establish a clean, enduring foundation. A frameless glass enclosure keeps the shower visually open, allowing the entire space to read as airy, uncluttered, and effortlessly functional.

Coastal Colonial Transformation | Dennis
A 1970s colonial just steps from the beach received a full-scale renovation, including two striking bathroom transformations. On the first floor, a Jack-and-Jill bath — shared between a guest bedroom and the main living areas — is compact but thoughtfully considered. Marble tile carries through the floor, shower, and vanity, while elegant wallpaper meets a high-gloss Benjamin Moore Polo Blue ceiling above. A glamorous gold mirror anchors the space with just the right amount of drama.
Upstairs, a primary suite bath takes a different tone entirely: warm neutrals, a private water closet, a walk-in marble shower, and a marble-topped vanity dressed in brass fixtures that feel at once timeless and indulgent.

Every bathroom is different — different footprints, different families, different visions. But the through line in every successful remodel is the same: a clear vision, careful material selections, and skilled execution from start to finish.
