The homeowners have fond memories of spending summers visiting family at this 1960s ranch. With the goal of keeping its nostalgic charm intact, we took on the challenge of renovating the home for its next chapter.
The renovation included updating outdoor living areas; adding a small addition to the primary bedroom; remodeling the kitchen; relocating the laundry area; and reconfiguring walls to make room for closet space and better traffic flow.
