Over the years, McPhee Associates has had the privilege of building and remodeling some amazing Cape Cod waterfront homes. With these projects come challenges—harsh weather and conservation protection issues to name a couple—but the result is always worth the effort. Whether it’s on the ocean, by the bay or overlooking one of Cape Cod’s many harbors or ponds, the benefit of a water view is a priceless home feature.
