Buzzards Bay Overlook is a new construction, waterfront home that was designed and built with a clear vision: a seasonal residence that would put the ocean view front and center inside, while creating a waterfront outdoor living space on the outside.

The architect designed a classic Shingle-style house characterized by asymmetrical rooflines and dormers, with a Craftsman-style influence. The design grants panoramic ocean views from every room in the main part of the house, as well as space for a large granite patio and built-in saltwater pool outside — none of it overdone as to give emphasis to the view.
