Searching for a place to downsize on the water, our clients immediately recognized the potential of a harborside property overlooking Saquatucket Harbor. Built in the 1980s, the home was structurally sound but lacked the open living spaces, updated kitchen, and comfortable guest accommodations needed for hosting their grown children and grandchildren.

We completed an eight-month renovation that improved layout, function, and style without expanding the footprint. Walls were removed to open the main living areas and better capture harbor views, while new millwork, refinished pine floors, and a reconfigured kitchen introduced a fresh coastal character. Additions such as a built-in bar and bunkroom expand the home’s capacity for hosting family and guests.
