After 25 summers spent creating cherished family memories in their beloved Eastham home, these homeowners reimagined their Cape Cod retreat for a new chapter of coastal living. Their new custom three-bedroom residence was thoughtfully designed to meet their current needs and lifestyle while supporting longer stays throughout the year. With sweeping ocean views, a screened porch that captures refreshing sea breezes, and a second-floor loft overlooking the Atlantic, this custom home embraces the beauty and rhythm of life on Cape Cod.
