Sea Oaks Splendor is a classic home style with traditional Cape Cod-style features. While the central design is expanded upon on both sides, the core architectural details of a traditional Cape Cod home — Nantucket dormer, cedar shingles and symmetrical facade — reflect the traditional style.

The back of the house is designed to integrate seamlessly with the back yard, which is an expansive outdoor oasis. Designed for family gathering and entertaining, the back yard features a built-in pool, a built-in gas firepit and an outdoor kitchen bar complete with a pizza oven.

Inside, there is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, as well as a main level primary suite. The craftsmanship in the custom trim throughout the house is stacked with detail and precision and the interior design selections throughout were carefully considered by the builder’s team to complement the architectural style of the house.
