We are currently seeking a Home Maintenance Carpenter / Technician to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent compensation and benefits package which includes 401k with company match, health insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.
Candidate must have 5+ years proven experience in all aspects of home construction and maintenance, have full complement of tools, a clean driver’s license with means of transportation, be able to climb ladders and also lift 50 pounds. Occasional overtime work is needed.
This position will primarily be associated with the Property Management side of the business and will involve performing various home maintenance tasks. Interaction with clients and other trade professionals will be part of the daily routine. Professional presentation for yourself and the company are critical.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, be respectful and honest, possess integrity, have excellent listening skills and be dependable. Communication between colleagues and company personnel is crucial.

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent compensation and benefits package which include 401K with 401K match, health insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.
The Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, overseeing and closing construction projects efficiently and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, constant project planning, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organization and communication skills to coordinate various teams involved in the project. This individual needs to be able to plan ahead and anticipate the unexpected, manage orders, budgets & cost control, lead process & people, and monitor quality of workmanship.
Candidate must have 5+ years proven experience as a construction manager, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent, an unrestricted CSL license, OSHA 10-hour course certification, knowledge of local building codes/regulations, and a valid driving license.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent leadership skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to multi-task efficiently and the ability to problem-solve.
