We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team full-time.
Qualifications include: minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in all phases of design work, proficiency with AutoCAD, and experience in 3D design using SketchUp. Skillsets include: attention to detail, well organized, clear communicator (both written and verbal) and precision-based work. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): meeting with clients, developing design outlines to specific projects, researching with town departments about potential projects, field measuring existing conditions, and developing a complete set of construction plans (including built-in details, trim details and electrical plans, for example).

Property Management Manager
We are currently seeking a Property Management Manager to join our team full-time.
Tasks include (but are not limited to): scheduling in-house carpenters and multiple subcontractors for daily tasks / routine visits as well as emergency visits, provide customer service as directed by each project/home, prepare and maintain a weekly driving route for homes being assessed weekly, and data input
Skillsets include: strong attention to detail, well organized, ability to follow through tasks, clear communicator (both written and verbal), customer friendly, and precision-based work. Logistics background helpful.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): meeting with clients and staff, anticipating problems and troubleshooting issues (monitoring high priority issues), regularly assessing plans of actions with all Property Management jobs, maintaining the current database and ensuring accuracy.
