Maeve O’Rourke

Assistant Project Manager

Maeve O’Rourke joined McPhee Associates as an Assistant Project Manager in August 2024, but she’s no stranger to the team: having worked as a cabinetry subcontractor since 2018, she already knew her way around a job site. Now, she works closely with the Vice President & Senior Estimator & Project Coordinator, the Interior Design & Selections Coordinator, and the Field Supervisors to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

From estimating and specification development to managing project documentation, Maeve is the behind-the-scenes problem solver who keeps everything (and everyone) on track. As an extra set of eyes and a go-to point of contact, she helps ensure that the countless moving parts of each build come together seamlessly.

Outside of work, Maeve loves putting her knowledge to the test at trivia nights, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and her cat, Peppercorn.
