Bob McPhee, Founder & Treasurer
“I find working with clients on probably the biggest single expenditure they will experience in their life to be very gratifying. There are very few jobs I can think of that allow you to interact closely with your customers and share with pride the satisfaction achieved by fulfilling a client’s dreams. Our relationships last for years.”
Bob established McPhee Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. after moving to the Cape in 1971. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Nichols College. He is board certified by the state of Massachusetts in building regulations and standards and holds a construction supervisor’s license. Bob also is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.
Bob is a member of the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors and past member of the Dennis planning board, school building committee and Old Kings Highway Historic District.
His greatest passion beyond work is his family – wife, children and grandchildren. Bob considers boating both an adventure and a great relaxation, while golf is best for the scenery and comraderie.
